Great Thai food with good hygiene. Different type of sauces is the best compliment to the food. Worth trying! The staff is very humble and generous. Exceptionally courteous and professional staff. They attend the guests warmly and assisted always with a smile.

My first impression for this hotel is the best! The hotel is very close to the BTS. It is very easy to go Staffs are serviced-mind and friendly. Breakfast is various and so tasty. I really like it a lot. I will come back any time soon and will bring my family to come here too. Love it a lot!

It was clean and had a washlet, so I was very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.
Just had an awesome meal at Jal Hotel's boiled-rice buffet on Sukhumvit! 👌 The rice was cooked perfectly and they had tons of yummy stuff to put on top. The staff were super friendly and kept everything fresh and clean. Best part? The service was fantastic - these folks really know how to make you feel welcome! Really made my day! 😊

It was close to Thonglor station, the mangoes at the mango shop on the way were delicious, and there were many massage shops. The best thing was the breakfast; the variety and taste were very good!
First time traveling in Thailand
The reception staff are friendly and smiling. The staffs are very informative and helpful. The pillows are soft and comfortable to sleep on. It is also close to BTS Thonglor, making it convenient to travel. There are many more restaurants nearby. If I have a chance to go again, I will definitely go back to stay at the same place.

I recently stayed at Hotel JAL City Bangkok and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well located, but what really made my stay exceptional was the service — especially from two amazing staff members: Best and Proud.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel JAL City Bangkok. The location in Thonglor is perfect just a short walk to BTS and surrounded by great restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. We can also access the pool and gym at Hotel Nikko Bangkok next door, which is a great bonus.
Special thanks to Mr. Alex at the front desk, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and giving great local tips. Would definitely stay here again!
This was my first time staying at a Japanese hotel, and I was really impressed. The staff were super welcoming Ms. Nana greeted us warmly with a big smile, which made us feel right at home.

If you want to use the swimming pool, it’s actually at the hotel next door, but it’s free to use. They have towels over there too, so no need to bring your own from this hotel. Super convenient!
